Learn the secrets of elite level ramen making at Musoshin’s flagship ramen restaurant in Kyoto. Musoshin is an internationally renowned ramen restaurant with three stores across Kyoto and a Michelin guide recognized Toronto, Canada location. Learn how to make ramen noodles from scratch using a professional noodle-making machine and dough made with two types of flour. Guided by an expert instructor, you’ll pour the water, knead the dough, then roll and cut it into perfectly chewy noodles. This Kyoto shop enhances the experience with high-quality Kyotamba rice and condiments from local makers, offering an authentic regional flavor. The rich, savory broth—made from a blend of vegetables—is prepared by Musoshin’s ramen chef. At the end of the workshop, enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen made by the chef.
