We want to present different types of wine like green, white,Rose, and red that you will taste from different regions of Portugal. You will learn about the different types of grapes from each wine. Appreciate through your senses the different variety of colours, diversity of flavours like fruits, range of sweetness, the level of tannin and the classification of the wine body. And experience a selection of Portuguese products that we have sorted out that match with the wines. Wine always goes with cheese,but we wanted to go over and above a cured goat and cow cheese that we have opted for. Don’t only we want to take you to the traditional canning fishes that were made in the Algarve. We want to take you to taste a variety of fishes that are confecione with an array of condiments that will also reflect quality, efficiency, and modernity. Red wines always appeal meat, and nothing better to finish this tour with the supreme tapas that the black pig derivatives from Alentejo have to offer.
