    If you are looking to do a Plantation tour you must book it with this company. The owner of this company was also our guide so he made sure to make this a memorable experience. Kin did not disappoint. From the moment he picked us up in the luxury van until he dropped us off at our hotel it was an unforgettable experience. Kin is so knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. He was funny and engaging and offered so much information. I can’t recommend this guide enough and it is a bonus that it is a small group tour, so much better than the big vans or buses.

    The Tour provider , Kendrell, offered an incredible experience. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. Wish we’d chosen the Whitney instead but had nothing to do with the provider

    The Laura Plantation tour was very interesting & educational. Kin, the owner of K's Luxury Transportation and Tours, was an outstanding & informative tour person! He went above & beyond by texting his recommendations for restaurants in the New Orleans' area. His personality was gracious along with a great sense of humour. I highly recommend using his business & would certainly use it again!

    Very interesting route (in French) with Philippe, the guide. It would be practical if the texts of the museum were translated into French.

    Laura is a French Creole plantation tour that has true, first-hand personal stories discovered in archives in the U.S. and France. It details the lives of 4 generations of Louisiana Créole women, children both free and enslaved people, who lived and worked on this 1805 sugar plantation. A 75-minute, fully guided experience led by knowledgeable, passionate interpreters. It also includes the Big House, gardens and original 1840s slave cabins, inhabited by descendants of enslaved West-Africans until 1977. Behind the scenes curated group visits of the new exhibit From the Big House to the Quarters: Slavery on Laura Plantation delve into the subjects of slavery research and women in Créole Louisiana.
