We enjoyed the rides and especially the lazy river. We did not enjoy the food. I would not rate the transfer with tui. The bus was late picking us up and the we were told when dropped off that we would get picked up at 17:00 but no bus number, When a bus finally arrived at 17:20ish we got on it only to be told we were on the wrong bus and another one would be here shortly for us. It arrived around 17:30.

Waterpark was great, however TUI messed up on return coach travel, driver told us same coach but not returned, leaving 3 families with no return travel, TUI lied to us twice saying coach was on the way to get us, which never arrived then after 2hrs waiting told to get a taxi back. One family had no money and had to walk with small children 6km after a two hour wait with no water or toilets all because TUI lied

Booked on Tui app which doesn't say what bus will pick you up and when you will be collected. The rep at hotel, Lars, had said in his introduction if you book online he can help you (he clearly just wants his commission). It turned out the park provides a free bus from outside the hotel to the water park for free and free return journey. The entry fee is a lot less when you get there too 22 euros. Also if you want food you have to sit at a table of they won't serve you if you queue inside

Enjoyed the park. Fun for all the family. We had a 9yr old, 17yr old and and 18yr old. All enjoyed. Something for everyone here. Well kept park. It was border line expensive for the day but it is what it is. Good day in the end. Bus was 15 mins late picking us up in the morning but went straight there ?? We got told (and I also took a photo of the note the bus driver gave us) a bus number of the bus picking us up at the end of the day. Totally wrong and we almost got left there

Very little queue's, so you get plenty of time on slides etc Service at restaurants was very slow, but understandable as only 2 places to eat to serve a busy waterpark
