    This was a very unique experience. We have never done anything like this before. it wasn't about history or sight seeing, it was a shared experience in creating something special, a really cool plate that we had shipped back. We proudly display our plates as a great souvenir of the good time we had their, the Lady at the glass place was so helpful and fun and let us explore and create. I think she was an art teacher maybe....

    Lose yourself in the meditative process of mosaic-making during this creative glass workshop. You will create a unique plate through cutting and arranging glass pieces in whatever design you desire. Through fusing in the kiln, your plate will then take its shape and final form. PLEASE NOTE: Your plate has to stay in the kiln for a while before it is finished, so you can’t take it home with you straight away. Usually this takes about 1 to 2 days until you can take it with you from our studio. Since the plates are heavy, we unfortunately can't cover the shipping costs if you want your plate shipped to you. If you aren’t in Riga for that long, please consider this in your planning! Make sure that you will still be in Riga two days after your workshop, so you can come pick up your finished piece!
