Soti Khola
Depart from Kathmandu by private vehicle to Soti Khola, passing through scenic countryside and terraced hillsides. Arrive in Soti Khola, a starting point of the trek, and relax after the journey. Overnight stay in Soti Khola.
Machhakhola
Trek along the Budhi Gandaki River, crossing suspension bridges and waterfalls. Pass through lush forests and Gurung villages, experiencing local culture. Overnight in Machha Khola, a village known for its serene river setting.
Jagat
Continue trekking through narrow gorges and rocky trails. Reach Tatopani (hot springs) for a refreshing break. Trek further to Jagat, a traditional Tibetan village with Buddhist monasteries. Overnight stay in Jagat.
Trek through terraced fields and subtropical forests. Pass through Philim, a large Gurung village, and encounter waterfalls and streams. Arrive in Deng, a quiet village with views of Siringi Himal. Overnight stay in Deng.
Namrung
Ascend through forests of pine and rhododendron. Enjoy views of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal ranges. Explore the traditional village of Namrung and visit monasteries. Overnight stay in Namrung.
Samagaun
Trek through alpine forests and cross several streams. Pass through villages like Lho with views of Manaslu and explore monasteries. Reach Samagaon, a picturesque village with Tibetan culture and views of Manaslu. Overnight stay in Samagaon.
Samagaun
Rest and acclimatize in Samagaon. Optionally hike to Pungyen Gompa for panoramic views of Manaslu Glacier. Explore local Tibetan Buddhist monasteries and interact with villagers. Overnight stay in Samagaon.
Trek through yak pastures and traverse the Budhi Gandaki River. Ascend gradually to Samdo, a Tibetan refugee village near the Tibetan border. Enjoy views of Pang Phuchi Himal and explore the village. Overnight stay in Samdo.
Another day for acclimatization in Samdo. Optionally hike to the border with Tibet for panoramic views. Explore local culture, visit monasteries, and enjoy the tranquil Himalayan setting. Overnight stay in Samdo.
Trek through barren landscapes with views of Larkya Glacier. Reach Dharamsala, also known as Larkya Phedi, a resting place before the pass. Prepare for the crossing of Larkya La Pass the next day. Overnight stay in Dharamsala.
Bimthang
Early morning ascent to Larkya La Pass, the highest point of the trek. Enjoy panoramic views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, and Annapurna II. Descend to Bimthang through moraines and rocky terrain. Overnight stay in Bimthang, surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
Manang
Descend through rhododendron forests and pastures. Pass through Sangure Kharka and Dudh Khola before reaching Gho village. Continue trekking to Tilije, a Gurung village with traditional houses. Overnight stay in Tilije.
Tal
Trek through villages like Dharapani with views of Marsyangdi River. Pass through bamboo and pine forests, and waterfalls along the way. Arrive in Tal, a village at the foot of a large waterfall. Overnight stay in Tal.
We start our final day of Trek to Syange through villages and terraced fields. Upon reaching Syange, we will be transferred to Kathmandu by Bus.
Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal
Drive back to Kathmandu via Besisahar, enjoying scenic views of the countryside. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu and enjoy leisure time. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Final day of your adventure to Manaslu Trek. Today, we will Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey or you may extend your stay in Nepal. Trip end.
