    Had a fantastic experience thabks to Fouad and the team at Riad Nelia. Fouad took us to a local market to teach us all about Moroccan ingredients and cuisine. On the way he shared so much about local history and culture, it is the best way to learn about this beautiful country, thank you Fouad! Cooking the tagine was great fun and tasted amazing. Also Riad Nelia has a really great rooftop with views of the Atlas Mountains, can't think of a better place for a cooking class!

From learning the secrets of perfectly spiced tagines to mastering traditional techniques, Fouad guided us with professionalism and warmth.     We had an amazing day! Fouad brought us around local markets and he gave us a lot of interesting information. I would recommend this activity at the beginning of your holiday, this will give you useful information about local cooking, culture and more! We cooked a really good Tajin with Fouad and the amazing Nelia’s chef in the beautiful terrace with perfect atmosphere. I will never forget this day. Thank you Fouad, you have been fantastic!

    Big thank you to the Team at Riad Nelia. We were greeted with smiles from everyone we met. The Riad is a place all the staff are rightly proud of. We had a tour of the Riad and it's sister Riad while our Targine was cooking and both establishments are stunning! The cooking class started with a trip to the market with a funny and charming gentleman. The market was an eye opener and possibly something vegetarians might want to avoid. We enjoyed the emersive experience to get a proper feel of life in this beautiful country. The class was translated by Yousef who was welcoming, fun and made the experience really enjoyable. Huda was our chef who guided us through making chicken Targine. Everything was explained in detail mating sure we understood why we did each step. While the pots were cooking we were treated to a neck and shoulder massage by Raja, this lady has magic hands. The whole day was fabulous and we highly recommend it.

    I attended to Nelia Cooking Class and had a truly wonderful experience. The chef patiently guided us through each step of the process, sharing her knowledge of ingredients and techniques. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and I was surprised at how easy it was to follow her instructions. I highly recommend Marrakech Nelia cooking class to anyone interested in learning more about Moroccan cuisine.
