    We were fortunate to experience flying with HeliXperience twice, and it sincerely exceeded all our expectations. From the first contact, when scheduling the flight, the team was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. They make you feel comfortable from the first minute, answering all doubts and taking care of every detail so you only have to enjoy. On the first flight, during the day, we could see the stunning beaches of Miami, Brickell, the skyscrapers, and even a cruise ship leaving the port just as we flew over it. We even passed by a landing pad on top of a building, which was spectacular. The pilots are excellent: not only do they fly, but throughout the tour they tell you details, showing the points of interest, and making the experience very educational and entertaining. Also, something to highlight is that they allow you to take photos and record videos without restrictions or additional charges, something that many other companies limit. The second time we decided to do the night tour... and we also flew without doors! That experience was simply unique. Being able to fly at that height with pure air, take your hands or feet out, see the city illuminated, the coastline, and revolve around the iconic Hard Rock Hotel guitar was unforgettable. It really is another feeling, a different adrenaline, much more exciting, and absolutely safe thanks to the professionalism of the riders. A detail that shows the human level of the team: we went with our dog, and while we were doing the flight they offered to take care of him, spoiled him, made videos and returned him to us more happy than ever. It's those little gestures that make a company great. During the whole experience the team kept an eye on us, asking if we needed anything, always looking for everything to be perfect. You can tell the love they put into what they do, and that makes a huge difference. Without a doubt, HeliXperience is one of the best helicopter tour options in Miami. Professional, friendly, safe, flexible and with a humane treatment difficult to find. 100% recommended, we are already thinking of doing it again. Thank you for giving us memories that we will keep forever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
