    I was very skeptical as im not a spring chicken anymore but the guys who run the class were extremely professional helpful and great fun 👍 highly recommend this and loved the experience as they adapted things to suit 👌 thank you!

    Great fun, was really a work out. Started with a run so bring shoes. Its good to have some experience before but not necessary.

    You need more than one day/class to learn the basics. The course is for everyone; many have been there for days or weeks, so I felt a bit imitated when I was a newcomer. I learned a few basic techniques that I can practice at home, so I am happy with this price. Just make sure you drink a lot of water and bring a few water bottles for the class because you will be doing a lot of warm-ups and stretches before you get a chance to punch something.
