    We did the farm tour and it was good. The farm was a little small but it gave a great insight into the ways of making olive oil throughout the years. There were also chickens, bunnies and goats at the farm. At the farm there was a big gift shop filled with different kinds of olive oil, pottery made at the shop, olives and different products from the farm and other local shops.

    A forgotten gem with correct info and tasty tasting. Very friendly and 4 language explanations. Super tasty olives and oil and fun to discover the carob

    Found this place by chance, Great tour,very interesting. Amazing little shop with lots of reasonably priced olive oil and pottery and other things. 10/10

    Fantastyczne doświadczenie edukacyjne i kulinarne! Podczas wizyty na tej wyjątkowej farmie mieliśmy okazję nie tylko skosztować doskonałej oliwy, ale również samodzielnie uczestniczyć w procesie jej tłoczenia – od świeżych oliwek aż po czysty, złocisty płyn wypływający z prasy. Choć nie zbieraliśmy owoców ani nie butelkowaliśmy końcowego produktu, sama możliwość udziału w procesie produkcji była czymś wyjątkowym. Poznaliśmy każdy etap i dowiedzieliśmy się, jak ogromne znaczenie ma świeżość, jakość oliwek i precyzja wykonania. Właściciele farmy to pasjonaci z ogromną wiedzą i sercem do tego, co robią. Stworzyli dla nas przyjazną, rodzinną atmosferę, w której każdy czuł się mile widziany. To idealna atrakcja dla tych, którzy szukają czegoś więcej niż tylko typowej degustacji – tutaj naprawdę można poczuć ducha śródziemnomorskiej tradycji.

    We took the handset: discovery of the olive grove, cheese making and cooking class. A beautiful morning, a very nice welcome, with Aloisia "guide" in French. A very nice, welcoming, dynamic young woman, with clear explanations, anecdotes of the life of the ancient Cretans, reminders of some points of Greek mythology, a most complete visit. Meeting the shepherd, milking the biquette, cheese making was a great experience, and finishing with the cooking course (vine leaf, tzatziki, all watered with Raki 🤭) given by Despina, was just as nice. A little visit by the shop, to bring back some souvenirs. Thank you for this morning
