    Tiramisu class was with Amos. We had a lot of fun to taste limoncello and melonecello… we made our own tiramisu. Amos was my teacher second time. He is a real local and a good teacher. I liked the way how he is teaching and making fun. He helps us to being professional and never blames if we make any wrong. He gives us time to try again like with egg whites 😀

    Great fun and learned a few tricks to bring home. The pizza and tiramisu were very good. Would definitely recommend.

    Chef Lucas was AMAZING!! He didn’t just teach, but rather shared his passion for what he we were learning. He engages his students by being hands on and explaining every step of the cooking process. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and the experience was well worth the money paid! Learning his grandmother’s recipe for tiramisu was an out of this world experience. I can’t say enough good things about this experience!
