    Standing on the outside deck in the breeze felt wonderful. We did have a few concerns though, because we were always one of the last couples to get our food. At the beginning of the cruise, they brought our bread, but no butter, we had to ask twice for the butter, until they finally brought it to us. Our dessert was very late, it arrived ten minutes before we disembarked the ship. Overall, it was a nice cruise but I enjoyed from the past the Bateaux cruise ship much better.

    We went with our family and had the most amazing time and experience, the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Thomas and Jamal who made our experience even more enjoyable, so recommended!!, made our holiday the views are beautiful.

    The Lies from viatotold them what we wanted the sold us the higher package. Did not realize until we boarded the boat

    Overall, great experience. Rained for a bit but ultimately did not affect the night. Wait staff were wonderful. They switched boats due to mechanical issues but was still a wonderful and memorable night.

    The bateux in under maintenance so this is actually another boat. I found this out when I got there and requested a refund and cancellation. Haven’t heard back yet. I feel like a better policy is an immediate refund when the thing you purchased isn’t available
