Train
From your location in White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at Grand Central Terminal. Once there, follow the signs to the subway station and take the 4 or 5 train (green line) towards Brooklyn. Get off at Bowling Green Station. From Bowling Green, exit the station and walk towards the Battery Park area. From Battery Park, you can take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

Find the nearest bus stop in White Plains and take the Bee-Line Bus Route 12 towards the White Plains Metro-North train station. From there, follow the instructions for the train route to Grand Central Terminal. After reaching Grand Central, take the 4 or 5 subway train to Bowling Green as mentioned before. Once you exit the subway, walk to Battery Park to catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
