    Firstly, the bus to pick us up was late. Everyone was confused, and wondering if we were at the right location. This tour mentions they have an English/Spanish speaking tour guide, but it was a native Spanish, and very limited English speaker. The members of the group that did not speak Spanish were completely left out. The bus was extremely uncomfortable. Make sure to bring A LOT of blankets and pillows (as if it's not an inconvenience to carry all of this when traveling). We were told we would arrive in the morning to a place where we can "freshen up", which was really a McDonald's, and I don't know how much "freshening up" you can do there. When we were leaving the bus breaks down and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere while we wait for another person that's hours away to bring another bus. Due to the very long delay we asked to be accommodated and dropped off elsewhere (because others were doing the same). The guide simply ignored me and only paid attention to the woman that was demanding to be dropped off in New Jersey. To sum it up, the staff didn't speak English and was incredibly rude, and the bus was in such bad conditions it broke down in the middle of the highway. Don't travel with Interviajes: horrible, unorganized and ghetto.

    What an incredible time! The area was amazing, the bus comfortable, lots of stops for potty breaks and snacks 😋

    It was good,But i expected something more,For example it was written that there would be wifi in bus,but there wasn't ,and also bus seat was quite uncomfortable, But the tour guy carlos was really nice and friendly ,i liked him Overall it was fine

    It was awesome, so beautiful ! It is a must ! We were lucky it was the first day for the maid of the mist :) Emily was awesome and the drivers too !!

    We travelled all night long with a bus that was uncomfortable, the seats didn’t have enough space considering that the travel was 7/8h go and back. Moreover I felt rainy drops above my head and during the night it was cold. Once arrived to Niagara the weather was cloudy the temperature quite good but we couldn’t appreciate the falls. Of course we are in winter and is reasonable. The tour guide was nice even though I would have appreciated more explanations about the falls in situ and not in the bus. Considering all these situations, the price I paid was too much
