    Although our guide was very knowledgeable about the falls and the surroundings area, the tour was just not what I expected. We could have seen all we did without spending $80, and been able to spend more time at each viewing location. Our guide kept looking at his watch like he had somewhere else to be. The whole thing was just very disappointing for the money spent.

    George our guide was friendly and knowledeable and came out on a very cold night to take us on a tour. We appreciate him changing the start time from 9:00pm to 7:15 pm so we could catch the fireworks on the Falls at 8pm. It was a ok tour - not worth $40 per person. I was in a wheelchair - maybe shortened because it was so cold.

    My night tour was canceled and the company Viator used did not give me the courtesy notify me. It was my birtday. I was so disappointed. I suggest Viator not use this company. Everyone's time is important.
