    Service and teaching was outstanding. The staff was so friendly and so was the sushi. We made nigiri sushi and gunkan maki. The space was super clean and the team was excellent with our 11 year old twins!

    A must-do in Tokyo! A unique experience to be had near Tokyo Tower, you'll learn to make sushi with a smile for several reasons: -The atmosphere is superb, with relaxed music and floral decorations all around. As we enter, we're made to put on a traditional garment, a kind of kimono. -The chef immediately takes care of us and teaches us how to make classic sushi. He observes us carefully, looking for the slightest mistake and helping us to correct it. Once we've mastered the technique, the chef suggests we make more original sushi, flavored with omelette or shrimp. - The variety of fish on offer is also excellent, allowing us to bring multiple colors and flavors to our platter, and when it's ready, all we have to do is enjoy it. At the end of the experience, the chef offers a photo shoot. You can choose accessories such as a traditional umbrella, a katana, a cherry branch... Many thanks to the chef for this experience!

    Super fun class! Mickie was so amazing. She's helpful and showed us step by step how to assemble each piece and explained each step thoroughly. We got to wear kimonos and hold samurai swords and take photos with a bright ring light. The sushi was fresh, the rice was nice and soft and everything was delicious. There were several option for sushi making classes but I chose this one because it was walking distance to the Tokyo Tower. We killed 2 birds with one stone. I highly recommend this sushi making class!
