    Had a great experience. Boat was not very crowded, so we had plenty of space. Band, singers, and dancers added to the experience. Bar service was quick with lots of options, and drinks were fairly priced. Enjoyed seeing the NYC sights by boat.

    Location of the boat. We were in the wrong line. Once on the boat and it stopped raining. It was great.

    No food or snacks. No pointing out sites. Bare minimum tour. Crew was not very friendly. Sites were nice

    Nice trip. It was confusing to find which boat was ours to board. Some signage would be helpful. Drinks and snacks were advertised, but no white wine was available, and no snacks were available. A band played music, which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cruise was smooth and scenery was beautiful.
