    Our day was just perfect! Thanks to our guide Elias. He has visited and spent time at the site last 27 years so he knows a lot. He took care of us whole day. We apprecitiated the private car and Elias played also chill music in his car so we could sleep when we drove back to Mexico City. The cave and river was best part of the day. But the hot springs was also amazing. Can defenetly recommend Elias and his arranged trip to Tolantongo!

    Elias is the kindest travel guide I have encountered. The trip was amazing and he is an incredible human being. He is very responsive, caring and wants everyone to have a good time. On the way to the Grutas, he made a coffee stop at Starbucks, we had authentic barbacoa and we explored all the areas of the Grutas. On the way back, we made a few stops to try traditional drinks and sweets from the area. We also stopped to get these awesome pastries called Pastes (i think) It was a great time!

    Amazing tour! Teno the guide was great, I went by myself and he took all the photos for me. The views of this place is magnificent definitely a hidden gem and a must do if you are in Mexico City. Super safe for solo female travelers.

    This one one of my favourite tours whilst in Mexico, and one of three I did with Elias. He was so great to travel with I kept going back! Tolantongo is an absolute gem and 100% worth the early start and journey from the city. In fact I'll be taking my Friend back there next year for sure. It's a stunning valley, the scenery is incredible and I've never experienced caves like that anywhere in the world! The rock pool side of the Mountain, which was originally man-made into the cliff, had now gained the lime crusts on each pool so it's built up a natural outer shell and looks awesome. The cocktails in whole pineapples are WOW too from the bar over that side! I'd recommend taking a few snacks in your rucksack for the long journeys, but otherwise the food is OK at the restaurant and the drinks are great at the cocktail bar. Elias is a very kind and respectful tour guide, very friendly and likeable.... I really warmed to him and asked him to organise my last hot air balloon trip when I was due to return to Mexico City at the end of my Mexico travels. His English isn't fluent, but he tries and is chatty, he is very funny and has a great sense of humour. I'd highly recommend the Tolongtongo tour and Elias for any local trip! Can't wait to see him again when I return in February 2024!

    Travelled with kids. Elias was a very good guide who speaks English ! I highly recommend this tour. The car was clean and he was on time. The breakfast place he took us served delicious lamb meat i have ever tasted. He also provided us with towels and torches. Water shoes are a must for anyone visiting Tolantongo for the rocky exploration inside the caves. Must visit beautiful location!
