    We did not order this trip. We could not cancel it as it did not show on the website. We will be requesting to have our payment refunded.

    The operator didn't respond to any of my messages and their phone would not answer when I had to report that I was arriving late due to a delayed flight. I ended up arriving 12-13 minutes late with no tour guide/group or response. This lack of response may be due to it being a weekend, but am disappointed that I rushed out as soon as possible to meet with no response and no refund or credit.
