    The staff that look after the animals are amazing and very helpful and friendly and the animals are very well cared for the only let down was the gift shop

    The bus driver was rude, on the way back we were the last to get to the bus with 5 mins to spare. We stepped on the bus with a 1 year old and our stuff. He started driving off before we’d sat down. My one year old went flying. I caught him, but had to pick him up with all our stuff in my hands and go further down the bus for a spare seat. Very dangerous thing to do. I spoke to him when getting the buggy (scared before stop)and another passenger who thought it was dangerous. He just stormed off.

    Loved the lemur and elephant feeding, a unique experience. Animals looked well and the guides were amazingly friendly.

    Variety of animals were good. It should however be made clear that its cash only at the coffee shops as it was so hot and we couldn't buy a bottle of water, only at the restaurant . I know many others have complained about this too.

    The coach arrived on time, zoo was good variety of animals, taken back toʻ hotel afterwards. Value for money, definitely a must when visiting Cyprus The flamingo restaurant great food and service and reasonably priced
