    Sully was great and shared good information and history of Palm Beach. Not much of aGhost Tour, but still enjoyable. Company a little disorganized and responded incorrectly about distance from our resort to meeting place but our guide was excellent and waited for us since we were late.

    We had a group of 8 and went to the meeting place at specified time and no one showed up. We called the tour operator, first they asked which city we were at and then there were some awkward pauses. Finally, they told us that the tour guide was in a car wreck and was not going to make it out. They did confirm that they would refund us, but I made sure to report it to Viator as well. I found similar stories on google reviews after this happened. They did refund us as promised.

    Ashley was a fine tour guide for her first time out. The group was made up of two other couples where we learned the fork lore of the Palm Beach downtown and Worth Street area. It was history lesson with interest spooky facts..

    Ash was great! She really knew the history of the area and it was apparent she is passionate about it. Easy walk and got to see parts of the city we wouldn't have gone to.
