    I went out of my way to stay overnight via Abancay because I wanted to visit Pampachili. We had been in touch with the tour company for days, but never heard back from them, but we waited patiently as our booking was confirmed. I haven't heard from you on the day before the tour, either by phone or email, and on the day of the tour, I can't reach you even after the meeting time has passed. I finally got through to the guy on the phone, who said he would check it out and get back to me, but then I never heard back. I couldn't go anywhere, I just had to wait, but he ignored all contact. There is no apology for not being able to hold the tour, and even a very low attitude of ignoring contact. We should at least have told them that the tour was gone on that day. I think it's a vicious, insidious, lousy company that you would never call a tour company. I've wasted all my travel plans and would like at least a refund for the tour. Please be careful as this company's tours will be a disaster if you sign up.
