    Great experience! The kitchen classroom was clean and attractive, and the instruction (in English) was great. Alessando really knows food science and cooking techniques, and was able to explain the how's and why's so we really learned a lot about methods for better tiramisu and pasta-making.

    If you have a free morning or afternoon book this course. It takes about 2 to 3 hours. I will never buy pasta again as I can make from scratch now. Francesca explains everything in layman's terms making it easy to remember the steps.

    Our evening making pasta and tiramisu was one of the best experiences we have had at a cooking class! The entire evening exceeded our expectations, from the minute we walked in the door and were offered, aprons, wine and appetizers, to our final good byes a few hours later, Martine and Francesca were so friendly and knowledgeable. And the results of our class were very tasty! We were so surprised and pleased with ourselves! For a delicious, fun and uniquely Roman experience, we highly recommend taking this class!
