    Ao contrário do referido na apresentação do programa, não foi efectuado pick-up a partir do hotel - tendo antes a operadora enviado um mail, na véspera da saída, informando do ponto de encontro. Mas, no local designado, estavam estacionados 2 autocarros (um deles, segundo viemos a apurar, destinado a Bariloche) e não se encontrava ninguém para sequer informar em qual deles se deveria embarcar ! Organização verdadeiramente caótica. Pena que um tour para um destino tão aprazível seja operado por gente tão irresponsável e incompetente. Recomendamos o destino - mas obviamente com outra operadora.

    Reservamos um passeio de Puerto Varas a Peulla, navegando pelo lago Todos os Santos. Fomos informados de que o transporte nos buscaria no hotel e nos levaria à margem do lago e ficou agendado para 07:30. O ônibus da operadora chegou no horário e buscou outros passageiros em vários outros hotéis e com isso partiu da cidade uma hora depois. A excursão transcorreu normalmente durante todo o dia e fomos informados sobre o retorno. Os guias disseram que o catamarã retornaria às 16:00, do pier de Peulla. Ao retornar, caminhando por cerca de 800 metros, percebemos o esquecimento dos óculos e voltamos para buscar. Para nossa surpresa, o capitão acionou a sirene e zarpou alguns minutos antes do horário combinado. Chegamos correndo no pier exatamente às 16:02, ou seja, frisando que foram apenas dois minutos após o horário. O pessoal de terra acionou o capitão e ele retornou para nos buscar. Além do absurdo de não cumprirem o protocolo de conferências dos participantes da excursão, uma vez que todas elas contam com uma lista dos participantes, eles atribuíram toda a culpa do atraso (de dois minutos!) a nós, por não ter avisado com antecedência. Então, restaram as perguntas: Como avisar a alguém e como, se a falta dos óculos foi percebida minutos antes e todos já estavam no barco? Por que o guia gastou uma hora pela manhã para constatar que todos estavam a bordo do ônibus e não o fez no retorno ao barco? Não é protocolo checar os participantes em uma excursão em todas as entradas? Que tipo de profissional supõe que pessoas que estão fazendo uma excursão permanecerão em um local isolado sem qualquer tipo de bagagem? Por tudo isso e pelos comportamentos dos guias Cristian e Fernando, além de todos os outros da tripulação, percebemos que são pessoas completamente despreparadas para conduzir esse tipo de atividade turística. Caso tivéssemos sido realmente “abandonados” naquele local, provavelmente toda a sequência da viagem pelo país seria interrompida, além dos transtornos de tentar uma estada no único hotel do lugar, até que outro barco nos resgatasse no dia seguinte. Concluindo: pesquisem as condições da viagem e não contratem esta agência. Não é preciso dizer que foi uma situação estressante, mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de respeito com que fomos tratados. Eles sequer nos procuraram para entender o que se passou ou pedir desculpas. Inacreditável!

    Tour conducted only by the Touristour agency. Sailing through All Saints Lagoon was an amazing experience. Landscape with vegetation on the banks and volcanoes along the way. Various walks within the village. We did a tour with vehicle "4x4" very cool. It can be walking a few trails around there.

    I took the tour with Turistour, from the Petrohue jetty, I left my car parked there (without charge), we left at 10 am, it takes 2 hours the catamaran to arrive, there were free seats so collapsed was not, you go with a guide who is telling you very pleasantly the whole tour, it is quite icy the catamaran so I recommend to go well warm, there is no heating, we stayed in the hotel nature, but we decided to pay extra with a cost of $16 thousand per person and $10 thousand child (6 years) a tour for all pellets, a visit to a pretty farm, well maintained, meek animals, all with possibility of being able to feed them (donkeys, llamas, deer, yam, emu, etc), we visited a beautiful waterfall, in general the tour takes hra -hra and a half, beautiful landscapes, I liked too much, if you carry suitcases or something is taken to the hotel and you just get on the tour without worrying about your things, then you return to the hotel to lunch if you go for the day or settle in your room, I would go again. My only caveat is that the guide (who in this case would be the only one with the most marked authority to ask for it) is that the passengers keep the mask well on!, the children full cooperated, but the adults halfway went with the mask anywhere and that the truth burdens me, you must have supervision at all times. I was asked before booking the mobility pass, I have it but I do not know if it is an exclusion criterion not to have it.
