What to expect

Based on the Dingle Peninsula in Co. Kerry Ireland, this one day photography workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to move away from your automatic settings, providing you absolute control over your camera. To create a fabulous learning environment for everyone, this workshop is recommended for individuals and groups up to a maximum number of 4 participants. We’ll break for an hour or so in Dingle Town around mid-day and the day will comprise two sessions of 4 hours. Any DSLR or Mirrorless camera with manual and semi auto controls is idea for this workshop as we discover your camera’s settings, functions and controls with practical hands on demonstrations and experiments throughout the day. Just some of the topics we’ll cover: Aperture, shutter Speed and I.S.O. Exposure and metering Focusing and depth of field Using a tripod Auto and manual focusing RAW & JPG formats White balance Filters Long Exposure photography Basic composition techniques
