Pierogi with Hanna - Pierogi cooking classes

We start with a cup of something warm and a few stories about Polish and Kraków food, where it comes from, and why it tastes like home. Then it's the main event: we make the dough, mix the fillings, and fold pierogi together by hand, with my little tricks and variations along the way. While we cook, there's always a pot of homemade soup on the stove, usually red beetroot barszcz, to start us off. No Polish table ends without dessert, so we'll finish with a classic homemade fruit cake. Finally, we sit down together and enjoy everything we made, soup, pierogi, and cake, swapping stories and tasting our labour. You'll leave with my pierogi recipe, and the confidence to make them again at home.

The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
