Very popular hike through the Amazon. The caves are amazing, but I'm told the waterfall only runs during the wet season. Expect a lot of people on this hike. There are some hills, and walking through water, so good footwear and comfort going barefoot are required! Go early in the morning for fewer people. If you have more time and want a more authentic Amazonian experience, go stay in a lodge somewhere, the prices are comparable and it's totally worth having your own guide.

Only do this if you have a lot of time in Macau and have seen the river and the city first. Very slippery walk. Far from the city- took all day which I didnt find worth it for a few waterfalls. The stops seemed more like photo-ops for the people in my group and the last waterfall was really meh with a lot of plastic tourist tat around it.

The tour was cancelled 5 minutes before was due to be picked up. Leaving me o time to find any alternative tour on my last day in Manaus. Very dissatisfied would suggest you find other operators that are more reliable. Getting a refund does not compensate for a day wasted.
