We booked a car to pick us up and received a quick and excellent response. They also pay attention to service every step of the way. It's very good. I'll definitely book again. 👌❤

Booking with SS Limousine was originally made though Agoda , as they are listed as partner (site redirection). Below is the factual summing up of the terrible experience we had and will let anyone decide if they wanna use them while traveling , but from our side NEVER AGAIN with SS Limousine.
1.We were tight with our schedule and unfortunately it got worse since nobody was at the meeting point we were told. When someone finaly shown up after 25mn, we were asked to wait again, with an extra 20 mn (...) There was a big queue of others clients also waiting for their driver assignment..
2. Once we were finally taken care of and get out of the airport, surprise : the car there was a 4x4 MPV and not the minivan we booked (I had a knee surgery and needed extra leg room..)
3. We shown our rental agreement and photo of the minivan (screen shot of the transferz.com website..), but they insisted, only able to repeat " We have provided all services as assigned."..(communication was only exclusively possible by chat with SS limousine, since the lady driver assigned to us was nice but, to make things worse...she didn't speak a single word of English.)
4. They asked us to wait in the car anyway while she deals with her company. To make things even worse, the car wheel got locked by the airport police and we had to wait even more..
5. Finally after more than 1 .5 hour after the agreed pick up time, we were not offer any option, so we had no other choice to keep that MPV for our long drive all the way to Pattaya.
6. The MPV wasn't clean inside (strong smell and remaining drinks and stuff inside from previous clients...cf photos) and... It was out of gas (so 1st thing to do was then to go to to find a petrol station...) like if we were not late enough..!
7. Last, we realized our driver didn't even know where to drive us to (unbelievable...) , so we show again our rental agreement where the destination address well appeared ( but of course in English, so another 10mn were lost to get the translation of the address in Thai....).
We finally started our journey after more than 2.5h and in a different vehicule than the one we booked. ( And of course we missed our meeting in Pattaya). I don't necessarily blame the lady driver (well, except for the poor cleaning of her car..) but SS Limousine who obviously didn't do anything to help, were rude by text during the whole episode, and obviously didn't handle our booking with the care and professionalism we were expected. They don't give a dam about letting their clients waiting, and never apologised either.
(the "Take if ot leave it" attitude you do not necessarily want to face when travelling...)
( And the crowning part, they confirmed and were supposed to pick us up 3 days later to bring us back to Bgk airport . It never happened. We stressfully called on the day, but the driver's phone was never picked up. We had to improvise and finally got lucky getting a taxi who was kind enough to drive is back instead, but of course it costed us much more..)
Unreliable SS Limousine, from the beginning to the end..

Efficient and courteous.
Slight wait due to the timing of landing as there are many customers at that time.
Not the fault of this service at all.
