Jaclyn was a fabulous tour guide and made our visit! She connected with our family by sharing personal stories. Understanding why white roses are placed on a name at the reflection pool is such a heart warming reminder of the best of humanity.

My wife and I had an excellent guided tour with our guide, David. He gave a very informative explanation of all the sights and related well with all our group. Ground zero Museum was an emotional experience and views from One World Observatory were awesome.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Jaclyn was our tour guide for the walking tour and she was FANTASTIC! She goes above and beyond and it's obvious she is very passionate about this. Super knowledgeable and friendly and is able to answer any questions anyone has. I had been in the Freedom Tower a few years back but not the museum pr walking tour. This is a must do! Plan on making this your plan for the day. We were in the museum itself for over 4 hours.

Jon was an incredible guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. We learned a lot and appreciate his respect of the subject matter and his kindness.

Dana was our tour guide and gave a thoroughly interesting, emotive, thought provoking and appropriate tour. She was speaking from a level of personal experience of the tragedy and whilst this must have been incredibly difficult, she was composed, warm and informative. The tour itself was very poignant and really recommended to gain an insight. We followed Dana’s tour with pre-booked tickets to both the museum and the observatory tower. The museum was really large with so much information and exhibits. Incredibly busy as expected, which does hinder the digesting of the information a little, but understandable that so many people wish to view. The Tower was also very busy but enough staggered timings so that there was enough space at the top to view and take in the spectacular views.
