I had a great touring the city of Bago from Yangon. The car ride was not that long and tour guide gave me amazing information on the History and sites. I very much enjoyed touring the temples, WWII centenary and the Palace was great.

The Bago full day tour is a great day trip out of Yangon. Bago is a former capital and has loads of history to discover but feels more like an authentic Myanmar town, which makes it a nice contrast to the city experience in Yangon.
The tour was well organised and included all the main sites there are to see, plus some extras like the WWII cemetery, the local market and a monk monastery.
The tour guide was very helpful and informative and made the trip a joy. Also when I realised I forgot some possessions on the trip, they went out of their way to retrieve it and drop the item off at the hotel the next day!

The transport was very good, and lunch was great and a lot, we were not able to finish it.<br/>
