    Every year we come from Germany, with friends, to Paraty and a trip with Thiago and one of their boats is "a must "! So professional, so friendly, so full of knowledge about the region, the city and their people! Highly recommendable!

    Best crew possible! Capt Carlão and Nicolas did an excellent job on a very special day for me and my wife. Gisele, the tourist agent who is part of the crew on the ground, also was very gently and polite when came to pick us at our hotel Casa Turquesa. The boat is extremely safe and clean. You can trust me and have a good time there.

    We had a wonderful boat tour with Porto Seguro. There was a total of 15 passengers on the boat. We were a family of four with two girls, ages 8 and 5. The boat had very comfortable seating and great views. It was drizzling most of the time and cooler than usual. We stopped at a couple of beaches. My daughter and I used the stand-up paddle board for the first time and enjoyed that. And the lunch on the boat was delicious. The boat crew had a lot of knowledge and experience. Everything was in Portuguese, which we understood most of. All in all, I totally recommend this boat tour company.

    We’re currently visiting Paraty- 4 adults and two young children (3 and 1 years old). I found this boat on TripAdvisor and, trusting the reviews, entered into contact with the Giselle. She was very attentive and responded quickly. All the pricing and excursion was very transparent- no hidden costs or extra fees. The crew took abundant precautions with Covid (even though all were vaccinated as were we). We went out today for a private boat tour beginning at 10am, and they came to pick us up at our rental house which has a dock. The boat trip was amazing, it had a huge amount of space for our family and we were attended very well by the entire crew, one of which even held our crying baby so that we could take a few minutes to eat the amazing dinner she had prepared for us. They took us to an area where I went snorkeling with fishes, but my young daughter preferred the beaches, so we ended up visiting two beaches. That’s the best part about a private boat tour- you have it all to yourself and they cater to your specific needs. For lunch they prepared and incredible grilled fish on the boat’s bbq grill, with fresh salad, pirão (fish stew) rice, squid salad and French Fries. It left 4 hungry adults very satisfied. They also made sure we never wanted for anything, including drinks! Overall it was an amazing experience with a kind and attentive crew, and created fantastic memories that our family will always cherish.

    I made my single farewell with 25 more friends on the Atlantic boat and it was simply perfect! The animation of Gi and the entire team was exceptional. Super helpful, polite and attentive. They took care of us and every detail with a lot of capriciousness! It was a very special event and every moment was amazing thanks to the beautiful places we knew and the service provided by the Boats team in Paraty. From the first contact, through boarding, advice and guidance for everything, Shopping for the barbecue on board, the preparation (very well selected and well seasoned food), bartender helping us, help with the water toys, choosing the stops in the most reserved places, return of the forgotten items on board, finally! I am 100% satisfied and indicate to everyone! I want to come back soon. Thanks Gi and staff. You were wonderful and left only good memories for our trip! Big kiss.
