What to expect
Step back in time at the Hippodrome of Istanbul, an ancient chariot racing arena turned vibrant public square. Located in the heart of the city's historic center, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a glimpse into Istanbul's storied past. Marvel at the towering Egyptian Obelisk, the elegant Serpent Column, and the imposing German Fountain.
Step into history at Hagia Sophia, a mesmerizing blend of Byzantine grandeur and Ottoman elegance. Admire its stunning architecture, intricate mosaics, and rich cultural heritage.
An ancient underground reservoir beneath the bustling streets of Istanbul. Marvel at the towering columns, mysterious Medusa heads, and tranquil waters that have captivated visitors for centuries.
TopkapI Palace
Topkapı Palace served as the seat of the Ottoman Empire for over 380 years, housing 24 of the 36 Sultans who ruled the vast lands. The palace complex includes various buildings and courtyards such as a treasury, apartments, bathhouses, harems, an armory, and a holy relics section. Among the treasures within the palace are 13th-century Japanese porcelain, weaponry used by the Ottoman army, the 86-carat Spoonmaker's Diamond, the fourth largest of its kind, and the world-famous Topkapı Dagger, along with many other priceless artifacts.
The Stone of Million
The Million Stone of Istanbul, or Milion, is an ancient monument from the 4th century, established by Emperor Constantine the Great. It served as the zero-mile marker for the Byzantine Empire, from which all distances were measured.
The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world. Established in the 15th century during the reign of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, it spans over 60 streets and houses more than 4,000 shops. Please note: Due to crowd in Historical Peninsula and the highlights I added additional waiting time; also apprx. 1 hour to lunch and 1 and a half hour shopping time.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
