The Kuala Lumpur Mosque, or Masjid Wilayah, was constructed between 1998 to 2000. The mosque's design is a blend of Ottoman and Malay architectural styles, heavily influenced by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey. It has 22 domes made from a composite material of glass fibre fabric mixed with epoxy resin to make it durable and light.
Also known as the National Palace or Istana Negara, is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (Malaysian King).
The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers or KLCC Twin Towers. It is the the tallest twin towers in the world, and its status has remained unchallenged since 1996.
