    Coreen picked us up from our hotel on time and asked us what we'd like to see. We then visited Victoria (Buddhist temple and market), the botanical gardens, tea factory, waterfall, spice garden (where we ate lunch) and the Takamaka Rum factory, with brief stops at the craft village and Eden Island on our return. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day and saw all of the sights that we wanted to, over seven hours. Coreen's driving and guidance were very good and we highly recommend this trip if you'd like to see what the island has to offer.

    We spent a magnificent day on Mahé with Charles, our driver/guide. This was our first visit to Mahe (and the Seychelles) and we wanted an overview of the island. Charles took us to all of the major sites on the island and allowed us to spend as much (or little) time as we wanted at each place. One of the highlights of our tour was the stop for lunch at a family owned cafe at the LE JARDIN DU ROI (spice garden). The view from the hills overlooking the ocean was wonderful and the food was delicious. You must try the Crepes Suzette with rum sauce. The best crepes we have ever eaten! Charles was an excellent guide. He patiently answered our many questions and described the history and culture of Mahé and the Seychelles. Our conversations were interesting and fun. Thank you Charles!

    Our guide Eddy picked us up at the port as previously arranged. He discussed the itinerary with us; I made it clear that I did not like markets or beaches. I advised him that we enjoyed Mountain View’s and old cemeteries. I also advised him that we did not want to stop for lunch but he insisted that he needed to make reservations at Del Place Restaurant in Port Glaud (his home base). He did drive us around the whole island and we greatly enjoyed the Mission Scenic Lookout and Waterfalls. He also drove us to many beaches even though I requested no beach stops. It is a beautiful island and Eddy was very proudly showed us his “Paradise “.

    The tour was great. The tour guide had a great knowledge of the Island, was very professional, and very friendly. He asked what I would like to see the most on the island, however I was unfamiliar with it. So he made suggestions and deducted from my reactions what I would like see and do and customized the trip to suit that. He still took my suggestions after that and made sure I had a good time. All I all a great experience I would like to do again.

    A fabulous all-day tour that took us to see virtually the whole of the island, with time for swimming/snorkeling at the end. Eddie the driver/guide was friendly and courteous and handled the busy roads with aplomb.
