What to expect

First, we'll make Moroccan tea together the traditional way, from brewing to pouring, and enjoy it Then, you'll knead, shape, and bake INKAN bread over charcoal in a clay oven . Next, using a +120 years old family grinder, you'll make fresh Amlou (Amazigh peanut butter). You'll also enjoy your freshly baked bread with the Amlou you made, plus golden honey, butter, olives, and local olive oil, a true Berber delight. After that, you'll choose any Moroccan dish you like, tagine, couscous, Rfissa, or another favorite, and cook it step by step with me and my mother. Then we gather around our family table to feast together, sharing stories, laughter, and the warmth of Moroccan hospitality. Finally, dress in our family's traditional Berber clothing and real silver jewelry for photos and memories, a sweet ending to your experience. Why it's special: ● Cook any Moroccan dish you choose, not just a fixed menu ● Hands-on from start to finish, you'll grind, knead, chop, and pour ● Rare access to real Amazigh traditions, not just tourist activities ● Hosted in our family home on a beautiful rooftop in the heart of the Medina
