We hired Roatan Webster Tours for a private, fully customized island tour, and it was one of the best decisions of our cruise. The communication leading up to the tour was wonderful — quick, clear, and very easy to set up.
Our private driver, Jay, was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the island, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. Jay took us everywhere we wanted to go, never rushed us, and patiently waited for us at every stop.
The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. We would 100% recommend Roatan Webster Tours and would absolutely book with them again

The driver that we had was not very professional. I shared an itinerary with the driver’s company ahead of time with the activities and the place that we wanted to do, but our plan was not honored. We wanted to go to Daniel Johnson to see sloths and monkeys in Roatan because they also have iguana there, but the driver took us to AJ's. Then he drove us to another location that was not in our plan for iguanas. We wanted to try some exotic local food for lunch, but he told us the food item that we were requesting wasn't available that day (we learned later that day from other members on our cruise that it was not true). The restaurant he brought us to was okay, but he wanted us to do zipline (another $45pp) right next door too, which was not in the plan. We didn’t do the zipline and asked him to bring us to the West End after lunch and he didn't seem too happy because there weren't any kickback opportunities for him there. There was also confusion about how many hours our reservation was. The company (Roatan Webster) told us 6 hours, and he said 5 hours. He hinted us to tip him extra…. We didn’t say anything during the car ride because we felt compelled. Roatan wasn’t a very safe place and we had kids with us. It was pouring rain that day, and we didn’t have a plan B. With every stop that we made that day, he got some kickback (I guess that was a standard practice there) and we had spent extra time in driving due to that. With this said, I would recommended to stay away from this company.

We just returned from a 7-day cruise with Roatan as one of our ports of call. Months in advance, I reached out to Larry to arrange a tour for our group of 15, and I was very specific about what we hoped to experience...A true, traditional Garifuna cultural experience and that is exactly what we got!
From the history lesson with Mr. Brown, to the dancing and drumming, a boat ride through the mangroves (a wonderful surprise!), incredible food — oh my, the FOOD 😋 — refreshing drinks, and even a birthday cake (another delightful surprise), we had an absolutely grand time!
The hospitality shown by Larry, Borrie, and their crew was beyond anything we could have asked for. We sang, we laughed, we danced, and we felt completely at home...humid weather and all! lol Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and it truly left a lasting impression on all of us.
Thank you, Webster Tours! Roatan has a special place in my heart, and we will definitely be back!

Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock.
If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for our logo sign. Optional If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate.

If your ship is dock on the Roatan Village Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate 1 look across the street for our logo sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you.
Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Larry Webster. If by any reason you decide to cancel your tour with us and didn’t had any internet on board or forget to email us back before your arrival to the island we will appreciates and be more than thankful if you can call us or send someone from your party to please inform us of your cancellation. Please print out your confirmation form and bring along with you.
