    Ann McDermott was an amazing tour guide! She inquired about our interests (we were taking our grandson to NYC to celebrate his 10th birthday) and incorporated them into the fun, witty and knowledgeable facts that she imparted making the tour incredibly interactive! And that's saying a lot to keep a 10 year old boy totally engaged, from the time she picked us up from our hotel in Midtown, taking the subway all the way to Coney Island and back, pointing out all of the interesting NYC monuments, structures, bridges, people and places, to even joining our grandson and us on a daredevil ride and indulging on the famous Nathan's Hot Dogs and Fries!! A huge bonus, is that Ann is also a Rock Music Historian and engaged my husband and I in delightful conversation about Motown artists, as we shared our stories and interactions with the artists from the late 60's and 70's, as although we live in Florida, my husband and I were both born and raised in Detroit. Ann gave us so many tips on where to dine, where to go and more things to do than we could ever fit into the three days we were in NYC! I would recommend her tour(s) to everyone, young and the not so young (LOL), as she has a way of relating to all! I will pick you up at your hotel or other location and accompany your party to the Q train via the NYC subway to Coney Island which takes about an hour from Times Square. The cost of the subway is not included.

    We will take one of Brooklyn's many elevated subway directly to Coney Island which takes about an hour in each direction. You will be able to go on one of the the many exciting rides, walk on the Boardwalk, go for a dip in the ocean and have a Hot Dog and Fries at iconic Nathan's, where Hot Dogs were invented! It just tastes better with the salt air! The cost of the rides and/or food is not included.
