Walking
If you're starting from the Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Hudson River waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of Manhattan. Continue walking south for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th Street and walk until you reach the PATH train station at 14th Street and 6th Avenue. From there, take the PATH train to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan.

From Hoboken, take the PATH train from Hoboken Terminal to the World Trade Center station. Once you arrive, transfer to the R train at the Cortlandt Street Station, heading toward Bay Ridge-95th Street. Ride for 8 stops and get off at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the New York Aquarium located at 602 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224.
