    We had a fantastic experience on this tour! Emilio and Carlos were amazing guides, so respectful of the whales and yet were able to get us very close to these animals. We also got lucky and saw dolphins, whales, and a sea turtle. 10/10 recommend this tour!

    we booked a private tour for our family of 4. We were on the water a few minutes after check in and paperwork. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about whales - his background as a vet and a scuba diver shows. he gave us a ton of information. Emillio is a seasoned captain and was able to navigate the boat to all the right places. We saw pods of dolphins and then we saw a bunch of whales. We saw some of the whales right next to our boat. It was an amazing experience seeing these majestic animals in the open ocean. We had a whale of a time :)

    Our guide Carlos and our boat captain were excellent. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old on a private tour. The entire time we felt safe and cared for. The whole experience felt like the equivalent of a semester in the study of Marine Biology. The way that he shared his knowledge and love for the creatures of the sea blew us away. We learned so much about the differences and similarities among whales, and that all dolphins are whales but not all whales are dolphins (most specifically their differences like Mysticeti and Odontoceti, no teeth or with teeth). Such a cool experience being out there on the water. One of the best parts was following a humpback female with its calf and watching her teach it all sorts of things like to breech and hold it's breath from a very close distance. Then following this we met up with a large group of maybe 6-7 males following a female around and fighting for her attention. This was amazing. So many great photos too! We continued for a while with them and also saw a sea turtle, lots of dolphins, iguanas on the shore, and tones of sea birds. The difference that sets this guide apart is his respect for the environment, the wildlife and his intellectual aptitude on the subjects. Carlos is a retired Veterinarian with a passion for his new life style and love of life in general. Make sure you book with them! If I could give 10 stars I would.

    Carlos and Captain Emilio took us on a perfect tour of the bay today. We were the first boat to find many of the whales thanks to our expert guides. We learned a great deal from Carlos and appreciated his enthusiasm. My friends and I highly recommend Carlos and Captain Emilio!
