    Antonio our guide is passionate and a great person. Everything was great and nice. The 2h15 hike among the vineyards in the Douro Valley from his village. Very nice sunny half day with visit to his house and lunch at his house with a nice experience with local port and house wine, all with a superb tasting of local products prepared by his wife. it was just great. Thanks a lot.

    When you meet Antonio, the first thing that you notice is his love for his work and hometown. His enthusiasm is contagious and you can’t help but get excited about all he’s about to show you. Through the stunningly unique and historic Douro Valley, you quickly understand why his love for Portugal is fierce and why he wants to share it with his guests. Antonio helps you tell the story of a beautiful country with great history. I was overwhelmed by the magnificent landscapes and the stunning views. We also enjoyed some wonderful conversation over a delicious meal at his home that he and his wife prepared, See the photos in the old wine cellar with the food on the table.     Antonio was a wonderful guide taking us off the beaten path. Full of surprises, fabulous memories and beautiful wineries. Extremely knowledgeable about the area and speaks English very well.
