Wear appropriate shoes. Lots of rocks, mud, and slippery! Bring a walking stick if your tour doesn't offer you one. Don't forget your water. There were lots of small kids and they did a great job.

I think our guide's name was Steve. He was great! I really enjoyed the hike and appreciated the resources provided. The trail was overall pretty easy, though it could get slippery. We didn't have any serious issues and neither of us are very active people. We loved the rainforest experience and appreciated the coverage.

A beautiful hike through the rainforest. I would rate this as moderate despite it being a short hike. It is predominantly all up hill and is very rocky and slippery. I am a very slow hiker and I was able to make it in the allowed time, but it definitely was not an easy hike. Wear shoes with support for the twists and turns yr feet and ankles will take on this trail. The guide pointed out some interesting places on the way up.

Everything at the hike was so pretty and our tour guide Steve made it an amazing experience. He said a lot of funny jokes and was very informative at the same time. I highly recommend him! Thank you!

I don’t think you should bill this as a movie tour. It’s really like a taxi driver in a shuttle taking us to the foot of a mountain. Mentioning a couple things about people like The Rock and showing us his school doesn’t cut it. I appreciated the wooden stick and the bottled water though. And it’s helpful for people who don’t want to take a bus or walk alone. Other downside: I smelled marijuana in our van but that could have been an earlier customer. I know it’s pervasive but it give me a headache.

If you are not staying in Waikiki, a free parking lot is available at 2805 Monsarrat Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815. Please park there and walk to the Queen Kapiolani Hotel for shuttle pick-up. Be on time, as the shuttle will not wait for late arrivals.

Customers will be picked up from their hotel and taken to the Manoa Falls. Once they arrive their driver will provide them with a water bottle, hiking sticks and bug spray before he leaves he will tell them when he will be back to pick them up.
