    I believe this company is probably great at what is specialises in, but that's not renting out sup boards. Various problems. First red flag was the staff member looked uncertain when I asked for recommendations for routes, he was unsure at first. Despite agreeing boards would be pumped in advance for when we arrived, they were not fully pumped. The staff member started to pump but was unsure how pumped they needed to be, he asked me for advice as I have one at home, but their pump measurement didn't use psi so I was unsure. He then tested their pressure by pushing into it, which certainly is not how to test if it's 14psi. So, we had little advice about routes and two boards that were not fully inflated. Also no buoyancy aid offered and strange unsafe advice such as not to strap the leash to our leg. We set off down the coast, his eventual suggestion, but it was very wavy and windy. Impossible to stand, especially on under pumped boards. We decided to turn around after about 40 mins (technically booked for 4h). It was incredibly difficult to get back up the coast, and we actually mainly ended up dragging ourselves using the swimming line boundaries. Exhausting. When we returned, the staffer then said it gets windier in the afternoon in this area (we'd have done it in the morning if told this in advance) and he even then told us a previous group had similar problems and got stuck down near the large port down the coast and he'd picked them up in a minibus. I can't help but feel the faulty gear and poor advice is causing this and honestly putting customers at risk. All in all, I cannot recommend this at all. There is a lack of expertise and quality advice.

    A group of friends and I rented a paddle board for a few hours. Ivan was very helpful with getting us the equipment we needed and recommending where we should go! Even better- I could print my flight details at this shop as well. Very friendly staff who wants you to have a fun time in Zadar.
