    Our tour guide, Marite, was exceptional—both knowledgeable and incredibly caring. The cave tour itself was breathtakingly beautiful, and one of the most magical moments was when we observed a minute of silence inside the cave.

    This was probably one of our favorite excursion on our trip, the tour was so much fun and the buffet was delicious. You can also go directly to Rio Secreto & purchase your tickets for $89. You don't need to purchase them in advance, I would recommend you get there early if you do.

    We had a fantastic time at Rio Secreto today. The caves were beautiful. There was wheelchair access via a steep slope into the cave, and our guides Pepe and Dany were very helpful in guiding us down. They were also very knowledgeable about the caves and made our experience extremely enjoyable.

    It was an amazing tour- the natural wonder of this creation was awe inspiring. I did not enjoy the Mayan ritual even though they claimed it was not “religious” I felt very uncomfortable. It was a huge disappointment was that you cannot take your own photos. They do offer pictures taken by their staff at the end of the tour but they were unreasonably priced.
