A Romantic Journey Through Milwaukee

TripAdvisor wants to charge us full amount for 2 people ($336.00) for a tour we NEVER took. 3 hours prior to this tour, the weather turned to heavy heavy rains with thunder, lightning, hail and flash floor warnings. We immediately called the local tour company where they had our reservations, spoke directly with the local tour guide and told them we needed to cancel due to these severe weather conditions. The local tour guide also suggested we conncet Trip Advisor in addition, which we did immediately as well. We two emails to the manager stating we were cancelling due to these unsafe weather conditions. We are seniors. We were staying in a hotel 30minutes away from the meeting location for this tour, not to mention, we were on vacation and completely unfamiliar with the area. Trip advisor has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We had every intention of going on thisthis tour until this horrible weather started 3 hours before the departure and continued all night! Trip Advisor is now stating they will NOT refund us due to this foolish cancellation policy where unsafe and scary weather conditions were beyond our control. It's surprising that this tour was not cancelled by them to begin with, putting their customers in harms way. The tour was a driving tour through a major city with flash floods, hail, thunder and lightning. Nothing romantic about that......

Beautiful at night. All lit with multi color LEDS. We got some great couples pictures here. Would recommend to everyone. Easy to get to. Free of charge. Nice memory.
