If you're starting from downtown Racine, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Route 2 bus heading towards Milwaukee. Transfer to Route 80 at the Kenosha Transit Center, and stay on until you reach the Milwaukee Intermodal Station. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to the Milwaukee Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse. Just head east on W. St. Paul Ave, then turn left onto N. Water St. Continue until you reach E. Wisconsin Ave, and the building will be on your right at 517 E Wisconsin Ave.

If you're up for a bike ride, start at the Racine Zoo and head north on Lake Michigan Pathway. Follow the path along the lakeshore until you reach the North Beach Park. From there, you can continue heading north onto the Root River Pathway. Keep heading towards the Milwaukee area, and once you enter Milwaukee, follow the signs towards downtown. Make your way to E. Wisconsin Ave, and you will find the Milwaukee Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse at 517 E Wisconsin Ave.

For those who prefer walking, start from the Racine Public Library. Head north on Main St until you reach the intersection with 6th St. Turn left on 6th St and continue until you reach the Lake Michigan shoreline. Follow the shoreline path north towards Milwaukee. It's about a 2-hour walk, but it's a scenic route. Once you reach Milwaukee, turn left onto E. Wisconsin Ave, and the Federal Building will be on your right at 517 E Wisconsin Ave.
