This tour would have been just any other tour, but our guide Chris made it special. He was fun, engaging, professional and attentive. Different people in the group and different activities planned for the trip. First, Chris knew who and how to make sure everyone gets to where they need to be. Second, Chris and the Agency do a great job at logistics, you wouldnt relaize how you are handed over from one person to another for different activities. It was seamless. We were always looked after. Included Buffet lunch was plentiful and lot of vegetarian choices for me as well. Places we visited were great but the journey and the guide made it special. Thanks Chris and team.

We really enjoyed this day trip to Rotorua! Our driver Chris (hopefully I didn't spell it wrong) was so inviting, knowledgeable, and hilarious. It was about a three hour drive, but it passed by like a breeze with Chris's company. We visited Te Puia where we got to see kiwi birds and saw the geysers erupt. The buffet lunch was delicious, and the gift shop had really cool products. The second half of the day we got to see some local sights in Rotorua with Jenny (hopefully I didn't spell this wrong either). She was very sweet and knowledgeable. The views were gorgeous as well!

A not to be missed.
Flexi Tours did an excellent job. Our guide Pete was very informative and patient. It’s a very long drive so we really appreciate it.

We pickup for free at all Central Auckland accommodation, hotels, apartments, etc. We only go to the hotels/accommodation which are booked for that day. We also offer a subsidised shuttle service for people staying out of the city centre to bring them to meet the tour coach. Please liaise with us re where you are to be picked up. It is essential you get in contact with this information as soon as possible
We use shuttles to minimise the time between pickup and tour departure - You will not be driven around for hours at the beginning or end of your tour while other people are being picked up or dropped off
