    Beautiful experience, The visit of the castle is interesting and spectacular with its different inspirations from China and Mongolia. The rooms are grand and we project well into the time of the castle. Several people were taking pictures although it was not allowed at the entrance. It was a great experience.

    Talk about over the top opulence! Our self-guided audio tour led us through rooms of brilliant color, dragon topped chandeliers, faux Chinese murals. Like Kublai Khan’s pleasure dome. A good peek into how the Royals lived in days of old. Good for families.

    A unique place to visit in Brighton. The staff are very friendly and happy to chat about the history of the palace along with some fun facts. Loved the mention of colour theory around the sections!

    It was very good, not too bad, quite interesting, bit more information would have been useful but overall very good and interesting.

    This is a place I have wanted to see for a long time, and had the opportunity while staying with a friend in the area. The outside is certainly impressive. However there could be better indications of the way in. Staff were getting ready for a new exhibition opening shortly, so some exhibits had been moved and displays in the process of changing, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms themselves have been beautifully restored, very elaborate, lots of gold etc. There were staff around, but did not seem very approachable, or even acknowledge us, even though there were not many people looking round. Although we did venture to ask a question of one, who was then happy to give us a lot of information. Perhaps staff are advised to be unobtrusive. There is a sizeable shop, over crowded by a school group when we visited.
