    Would have liked it to be longer. The blankets on the sled were wet and so the children got cold. More kit needed for kids on sleds as they don’t get to move around like the adults driving. There needs to be more staff afterwards to serve drinks and make sure everyone gets an experience with the puppies and has a drink it was a free for all and pushier customers got more

    Very informative around health and safety from the guides, really friendly, we had the most wonderful time with the huskies and was a great experience.

    Firstly, the actual Husky Sleigh Tour was NOT the 2 hours that we paid for. The group was split into two with ours going first and it was ok but not the experience that the website suggests it would be. At most 30 minutes. Whilst the second group were doing theirs we were told to walk up to get on the bus - there was no bus and the reps were nowhere to be seen! They had gone without any of us! We all stood outside in the cold for almost an hour with zero communication. Sums up the entire 3 days
