  A maximum of 8 people can be booked per reservation.

  Adult tickets are for junior high school students and older, while children's tickets are for elementary school students

  Advance seat reservations are not available

  All passengers with reservations must present the ticket screen (electronic voucher) with the "seat number" for station staff to verify. Failure to do so may result in denial of boarding. In that case, no refund will be made.

  During rush days, we cannot guarantee that seats will be together.

  For the convenience and safety of all passengers, strollers must be folded upon boarding, and bicycles cannot be brought onboard the Sagano Romantic Train

  How to Use; On the day of the event, please open the e-ticket URL attached to the email, check the contents of the e-ticket, and then present the displayed e-ticket to the station staff. (If the station staff is not available, please proceed to your designated seat on the train

  If you plan on bringing your furry friends along for the ride, please place them in a pet case that measures no more than 70 cm in length and 90 cm in total length, width, and height, with a maximum weight of 10 kg for both the pet and case. It's essential to ensure your pet's face and body do not extend beyond the train

  Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• 
  Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• 
  One infant (under 1) per adult or child can travel for free. However, toddlers (ages 1-6) and infants occupying a seat require a child fare
• 
  Please note that if the total number of people exceeds 8, you will not be able to purchase the tickets.

  Please note that once you click the "Confirm" button and display your ticket, you will no longer be able to display or use it on other devices or websites.

  The special open-air “Rich Car” (Car No. 5) cannot be reserved in advance, As this is a popular ride and seats sell out quickly prior to travelling, so this is available for purchase only on travel day, or maximum two days before tour day.

  To ensure a comfortable and safe ride, please wear a mask and avoid speaking loudly while on the train. Exceptions are made for babies, of course

  While on the Sagano Romantic Train, kindly refrain from consuming food and beverages except to prevent heatstroke

  You can also board the train at any of the intermediate stations. Please check the train schedule before boarding

  You may change your seat up to 3 times up to 2 days before the boarding date.
