* You will visit a Buddhist monastery and learn the meanings of different Buddhist signs and symbols that are so important in their daily life such as prayer wheels, prayer flags, stupas, etc. * We will enter inside the monastery learn and see things inside the monastery. One can also take photos and videos inside and around the monastery.

* We will visit a second Tibetan refugee settlement. * You will walk around the village and see how people live their daily lives. * Learn about Tibet, Tibetan people living in Nepal, and rich Buddhist culture. * Learn about Tibetan Schools and their educational system. * Visit a carpet workshop to see how Tibetan carpets are made by hand. Our tour guide Mr. Thupten, will take you through the process, explaining each step in detail. * Later visit the carpet showroom to explore a variety of Tibetan carpets with unique designs and colors. * Discover the history of Tibetan refugees at a photo gallery. * Meet a Tibetan doctor and gain insights into Tibetan medicine and have first hand experience of pulse reading. * Enjoy an authentic Tibetan lunch at a local restaurant. * You can also order any drinks during the meal. Finally we will drop you back to lakeside around 2 pm.
